We are Louis & Jenn
Our work didn’t start with theory.
It started with bodies that couldn’t push anymore.
Louis carried years of unrelenting tension — a nervous system stuck in survival long after the danger passed, until his body finally broke.
Jenn is living with a traumatic brain injury, navigating migraines, neurological overload, and periods of deep disconnection from her own body.
What changed things wasn’t trying harder.
It was learning to regulate first, listen closely, and rebuild from the inside out.
